Stripped Jerky

Stripped Jerky - the first and only jerky made with Black Origin Wagyu. Handcrafted in small batches in Ōtautahi New Zealand, Stripped Jerky is naturally flavoured and preserved, then air-dried to perfection.

Stripped Jerky comes in two delicious flavours:

The Pioneer

Traditional-style jerky lightly spiced with cayenne pepper, garlic, smoked sea salt and fresh lime juice.

Sgt Pepper

A combination of four types of pepper - dry, hot, and sweet.

Stripped Jerky has stripped out all the things jerky doesn't need:
