Our Wagyu braising steak is cut from the shin, and is perfect for braising or slow-cooking. Ideal for use in your casserole, stew or stir-fry.
Please note product will be sent frozen.

Storage and use
- If you don't plan on consuming your Wagyu right away, store the vacuum-sealed package in your freezer upon delivery. The meat can remain frozen for up to 12 months, but we doubt it will last that long!
- To thaw the beef, place the vacuum-sealed package in the refrigerator for up to 48 hours. This is the best method for preserving the natural juices and flavour of the Wagyu.
- If you're in a hurry, submerge the vacuum-sealed package in a bowl of cold water for a few hours to thaw.
