Our Wagyu Bresaola is crafted from finely sliced, dry-cured Black Origin Wagyu silverside round.

Our Bresaola is dry-rubbed with salt and spices then hung to cure for a month, giving it its signature dark red colour with fine white marbling throughout.

Our Bresaola has an aromatic flavour with notes of rosemary and thyme – pair with rocket and parmesan, and top with a drizzle of olive oil and freshly cracked black pepper.
