To thaw the beef, place the vacuum-sealed package in the refrigerator for up to48 hours. This is the best method for preserving the natural juices and flavour of the Wagyu.
If you're in a hurry, submerge the vacuum-sealed package in a bowl of cold water for a few hours to thaw.
