What do you feed your Wagyu cattle?

Our Black Origin Wagyu cattle graze for their first 2 years, then slowly transition onto a grain diet for the next 420 days. Their diet has been carefully designed to encourage marbling and flavour within the meat, and the grain they are fed consists of a bespoke mixture designed by Japanese Wagyu experts.
