Bavette is a highly flavourful, loosely textured flat cut of meat taken from the abdominal muscles of the animal.
It's tender, succulent, rich, flavourful, and, most importantly - delicious.

Storage and use
- If you don't plan on consuming your Wagyu right away, store the vacuum-sealed package in your freezer upon delivery. The meat can remain frozen for up to 12 months, but we doubt it will last that long!
- To thaw the beef, place the vacuum-sealed package in the refrigerator for up to 48 hours. This is the best method for preserving the natural juices and flavour of the Wagyu.
- If you're in a hurry, submerge the vacuum-sealed package in a bowl of cold water for a few hours to thaw.
