Flat iron steaks are from the shoulder, and are excellent for grilling. They are extremely tender and flavourful, and contain a significant amount of marbling.

此部位取自于牛肩胛骨后一块形似牡蛎形状的肉,整块肉的特点是中间有一条筋,剔除中间的硬筋就变成两块熨斗牛排(flat iron steak)。由于此部位运动量不大,肉质非常细嫩多汁且大理石油花分布非常绵密。

Due to the nature of this product weights will vary slightly, and will range 25g either side of the specified weight.

Please note product will be sent frozen.

Storage and use

  • If you don't plan on consuming your Wagyu right away, store the vacuum-sealed package in your freezer upon delivery. The meat can remain frozen for up to 12 months, but we doubt it will last that long!
  • To thaw the beef, place the vacuum-sealed package in the refrigerator for up to 48 hours. This is the best method for preserving the natural juices and flavour of the Wagyu.
  • If you're in a hurry, submerge the vacuum-sealed package in a bowl of cold water for a few hours to thaw.
Once opened consume within 3 days.
