The Point End Brisket is a flavourful cut that performs best when cooked low and slow. It is often braised or smoked, and perfect for barbecuing.

Our Half Point End Brisket is the ideal size for feeding smaller groups of people. Please note that this cut varies in size per animal – select from the weights above.

Our Half Point End Briskets are cut as shown in the photos. Please note that due to stock practicalities, the half of the Point End Brisket you receive will be random. 

Please note product will be sent frozen.

Storage and use

  • If you don't plan on consuming your Wagyu right away, store the vacuum-sealed package in your freezer upon delivery. The meat can remain frozen for up to 12 months, but we doubt it will last that long!
  • To thaw the beef, place the vacuum-sealed package in the refrigerator for up to 48 hours. This is the best method for preserving the natural juices and flavour of the Wagyu.
  • If you're in a hurry, submerge the vacuum-sealed package in a bowl of cold water for a few hours to thaw.
Once opened consume within 3 days.
