Ribeye steaks are rich, ultra flavourful, and super tender – well suited to fast and hot cooking.

Please note that the marble score will vary from steak to steak.
Due to the nature of this product weights will vary slightly, and will range 25g either side of the specified weight.
Product will be sent frozen.

Storage and use
- If you don't plan on consuming your Wagyu right away, store the vacuum-sealed package in your freezer upon delivery. The meat can remain frozen for up to 12 months, but we doubt it will last that long!
- To thaw the beef, place the vacuum-sealed package in the refrigerator for up to 48 hours. This is the best method for preserving the natural juices and flavour of the Wagyu.
- If you're in a hurry, submerge the vacuum-sealed package in a bowl of cold water for a few hours to thaw.
