What is sirloin
Also known as the striploin, the sirloin carries great flavour and superior tenderness.
The marble score will vary from steak to steak.
西冷取自于后腰脊部,在肉的外延会有一圈白色的肉筋,西冷的大理石油花分布紧密肉质细嫩,入口即化,常见于牛排店或是切薄片做火锅或是寿喜烧都非常合适。
Product will be sent frozen.
Due to the nature of this product weights will vary slightly, and will range 25g either side of the specified weight.

Storage and use
- If you don't plan on consuming your Wagyu right away, store the vacuum-sealed package in your freezer upon delivery. The meat can remain frozen for up to 12 months, but we doubt it will last that long!
- To thaw the beef, place the vacuum-sealed package in the refrigerator for up to 48 hours. This is the best method for preserving the natural juices and flavour of the Wagyu.
- If you're in a hurry, submerge the vacuum-sealed package in a bowl of cold water for a few hours to thaw.
