The tomahawk is also known as the OP ribeye or standing rib roast. This cut is tender, juicy, well-marbled and packed full of flavour - perfect for barbecuing!

Storage and use
- If you don't plan on consuming your Wagyu right away, store the vacuum-sealed package in your freezer upon delivery. The meat can remain frozen for up to 12 months, but we doubt it will last that long!
- To thaw the beef, place the vacuum-sealed package in the refrigerator for up to 48 hours. This is the best method for preserving the natural juices and flavour of the Wagyu.
- If you're in a hurry, submerge the vacuum-sealed package in a bowl of cold water for a few hours to thaw.
