Our Black Origin Bone-In Sirloin Steak has the same awesome texture and taste as our classic Sirloin Steak. Leaving the bone in helps to retain moisture while cooking, resulting in an incredibly tender steak.

Storage and use
- If you don't plan on consuming your Wagyu right away, store the vacuum-sealed package in your freezer upon delivery. The meat can remain frozen for up to 12 months, but we doubt it will last that long!
- To thaw the beef, place the vacuum-sealed package in the refrigerator for up to 48 hours. This is the best method for preserving the natural juices and flavour of the Wagyu.
- If you're in a hurry, submerge the vacuum-sealed package in a bowl of cold water for a few hours to thaw.
