Wagyu Fillet yakiniku slices, ideal for preparing over a charcoal barbecue (hibachi).
Fillet/Tenderloin is taken from along the spine in the hindquarter of the animal. It's one of the most tender cuts, and contains fine marbling.
菲力的特色就是肉质极嫩,和牛菲力烧肉片只需简单炙烤或是使用直火烧烤,就能享受和牛细致软嫩的肉质及多汁甜美的口感。
Storage instructions
Keep frozen. Make sure not to put anything else on top of the yakiniku in the freezer, as this may damage the meat.
Our Wagyu zabuton yakiniku slices are fragile, so please defrost carefully. Leave in the fridge overnight until completely thawed. Do not put anything else on top of them.
If you forget to defrost the yakiniku slices ahead of time, defrost in water for 30mins (or until completely thawed) changing the water frequently.
Please note product will be sent frozen.
