Wagyu flank steak is a premium cut of beef from the abdominal muscles or lower chest. Its unique marbling imparts a rich, beefy flavor with a hint of sweetness, making it exceptionally versatile for various dishes. Whether grilled, marinated and sliced thin for stir-fries, Wagyu flank steak enhances any recipe with its tender texture and exquisite taste.

牛腩排(撒撒米)是从牛的侧腹部切下的一块长而扁的肉,此部位有明显的大理石油花。牛腩排浓郁多汁,口感有韧性。只要切开方式正确就能确保它肉质非常嫩。其特殊的粗纹理非常适合炖、卤,在欧美国家则是煎成牛排,俗称法兰克牛排。

Storage and use

  • If you don't plan on consuming your Wagyu right away, store the vacuum-sealed package in your freezer upon delivery. The meat can remain frozen for up to 12 months, but we doubt it will last that long!
  • To thaw the beef, place the vacuum-sealed package in the refrigerator for up to 48 hours. This is the best method for preserving the natural juices and flavour of the Wagyu.
  • If you're in a hurry, submerge the vacuum-sealed package in a bowl of cold water for a few hours to thaw.
Once opened consume within 3 days.
