Brisket is a flavorful cut that performs best when cooked low and slow. It is often braised or smoked, and perfect for barbecuing.

Storage and use

  • If you don't plan on consuming your Wagyu right away, store the vacuum-sealed package in your freezer upon delivery. The meat can remain frozen for up to 12 months, but we doubt it will last that long!
  • To thaw the beef, place the vacuum-sealed package in the refrigerator for up to 48 hours. This is the best method for preserving the natural juices and flavour of the Wagyu.
  • If you're in a hurry, submerge the vacuum-sealed package in a bowl of cold water for a few hours to thaw.
Once opened consume within 3 days.
