Black Origin Wagyu Pastrami is crafted from our Black Origin Wagyu silverside. Our Pastrami is cured before being smoked with pōhutukawa for an epic smoky taste. Once cooked, it is dry-rubbed with pepper, coriander and garlic.
Our Wagyu Pastrami is tender and juicy, and holds up well to stronger flavours – enjoy on rye with cheese, gherkins and mustard.
